NOTE: This book is in its final stage before being published. It still needs to be proof read and edited, so expect to find some flaws. While I try not to intentionally repeat the same material, you will discover that some is repeated simply because you are dealing with several issues, imprints, programs and beliefs that are inter-woven and occurring at the same time. In an effort to keep related material in specific chapters, I did some cut and pasting that may make some material a little wordy. I am taking a short mental break before tackling the final edit.

This is the second book in the series and the insights and healing experiences that I share, will add greatly to your understandings of not only how you come to have issues with your emotions but how you can heal them, and also how they relate to the rest of your being. If you are already working with healing your emotions and empowering yourself using the tools in Book #1, then this book will help you further understand your activations and the thoughts, feelings and emotions you are experiencing.

I also share three levels of healing that I have experienced in the course of my journey. While I don’t go into all the background and the mini healing's I experienced before having a major level of healing, I do provide some basic information that will help you understand what I was going through before, and after, the activation and healing experience. It is my intent, that as you read the insights, understandings and the healing experiences, that you not only begin to see how all the pieces fit together, but also how you can apply what you have learned to help you heal your issues with your Mind, Will, Heart and Body.

While this book can be read on its own, I strongly recommend that these books be read in order, as most of the original insights and understanding I shared in book 1, are not shared in this book.
